This odyssey commenced many years ago, back when R. Reagan made his first RUN at the presidency. It happened about two weeks prior to the election, at a dinner held at Santa Barbara California. Those present were all the OPEC leaders, Bush & Company, Tenneco Corporations' International Corporate Counsel, Earl Hightower, and even the Russians and Israelis were there.
The "agenda".. SAUDI OIL FIELDS. Russia was to come down through Afghanistan, and Israel was to be used as "the springboard" for the U.S. Operation in what was to be called Desert Breeze, the next one was Desert Wind, the final was Desert Storm. On or about October 20th, 1982, Saddam Hussein's 3X3X3 Bonnie Light Crude Contract was purchased by ZAPATA OIL and UNION OIL. The Contracts went through Maureen Daniels Attorney, and Nathaniel Ruvell formerly ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER, NEW YORK, NEW YORK.
CEO, COSMOS SEAFOOD ENERGY, MARKETING, LTD; NEVADA ID# 1707-85, Russell Herrman aka Herman, had the 1/2 of the contract for the 3X3X3 Bonnie Light Crude, Port of Departure, Aubi Daubi Kuwait, FOB. When the contract is entered into, the two 1/2's of the Contract are then, put together and the deal is done.
The events which followed;
a. Onassis Shipping Tankers were represented by Maureen Daniels (One World Trade Center),
b. Zapata and Union Oil, at the end of the NINE YEARS (1991), had not paid for the Oil.
c. Christina Onassis commenced her own inquiry: WHERE WAS THE MONEY FOR USE OF HER "OIL TANKERS".. She died shortly thereafter, of suspect circumstances in Argentina.
d. September 12,1991. Two ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY BILLION DOLLAR GOLD COLLATERAL INSTRUMENTS, by A STROKE OF THE PRESIDENTIAL PEN, Authorized JAMES BAKER III to effect these unauthorized uses of BONUS 3392-181 (Contract faxed to INTERPOL) which were for "Term of TEN YEARS, OR; UNTIL THE U.S. DOLLAR WAS EXHAUSTED" which was authorized by NICHOLAS BRADY and ALAN GREENSPAN ..
