Judge Moore takes his position (As Duly Constituted Duty by Oath) in saying "He is fighting to protect the U.S. Constitution's guarantees of free speech and freedom of religion"

I cannot forsake my conscience. I will not neglect my duty, and I will never deny the God upon whom our laws and country depend."
The author, goes far out on the limb, by saying:
"Woah. There's no state law in Alabama for mandatory church attendance on Sunday, is there? That's a commandment, but certainly no state would defend such an unconstitutional mandate for prayer, would it? There are other commandments of faith that have nothing to do with state or federal laws. What duty does Moore speak of-- his Christian duty or his duty to serve as an unbiased judge to mete out nonsectarian justice."

THE HOLY BIBLE. Exodus. Ch. 20. lists the Commandments given by God to order "a diss-ordered, unruly society." In giving the guidelines for Ordered Society, he gave the 10 COMMANDMENTS of what Law Abiding Citizens in Communities of Mankind should not do in order to keep CIVIL PEACE.

Thou shalt not covet their neighbor's house, [meaning; Quit giving out BOGUS LOANS just to get the neighbors house], thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife [meaning "keep your hands off the neighbors wife], nor his manservant [Won't touch that with some one else's 10 foot pole], nor his maidservant [ditto], nor his ox [ditto], nor his ass [ditto], nor anything that is thy neighbors [sort of throws a monkey wrench in the draw works and the gear box's of THE CROOKS IN CROOKED BANKING PRACTICES and all of THESE "QUASI FEDERAL & STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES"].

Well, Well, Well... The case for those OPPOSED to the TEN COMMANDMENTS, is without MERIT becoming VAGUE AND AMBIGUOUS, NOT WITH STANDING in regards to seeing any thing mentioned about "GOD".. or what Church, or what Religion is 'mandated' or 'ordered by God' for man to keep a CIVILIZED, ORDERED SOCIETY and preventing CONSTANT CIVIL UNREST!

Admittedly, things are getting pretty bad, when the American Courts somehow got the cockamamie idea there is a DICTUM in the 10 COMMANDMENTS as to WHICH COLOR,WHICH RACE, WHICH CHURCH, WHICH ETHNIC GROUP, or WHAT BATCH OF "CROOKS" the 10 COMMANDMENTS is DIRECTED, thereby giving these Old Boy yahoo's a severe GUILT COMPLEX who want to be ABOVE ALL LAW even THE LAW OF THE LAND.

Actually, what they are saying when they OBJECT TO THE TEN COMMANDMENTS is;
"Hey There! All of you in our Cronoysim Old Boyz Clubs, lets dumb down the people. Lets make them think GOD is dictating what church they should go to. Lets give them the biggest snow job of all time so we can continue on with "IF IT FEELS GOOD DO IT!"
We are ABOVE THE LAW. As long as we can keep the people in a dumbed down society, deny them the ability to know the difference between Right and Wrong.. They will never know we have made them into a Jobless Society of USELESS EATERS, we can do anything we want to do with their miserable, worthless lives. How they a'gona know the difference, if they don't know the "order of general rules which keep them safe and out of harms way?!"

Those 10 COMMANDMENTS came into existence because at the time they were given to Moses, times were equally as bad as they are today. Those were lawless days, no ones life or properties were safe. In order to set ORDER; LAW was made.

Judge Moore is 100% Correct in "Upholding the Law".. aka "Constitution".. because ladies and gents, the meaning of the word "Constitution", is: "LAW."

Argue with that one!
