In the U.S. Banking Systems, but.. NO ONE WAS MADE AWARE OF THIS... IN THE INTERNATIONAL BANKING COMMUNITIES OF ASIA AND THE FAR EAST.
After the music was played, The International Banking Systems taught the TEXAS TWO STEP (a term used by those in the International Banking Industry who's countries got screwed by THE TEXAS ORIGINATED "BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB".. ; THE TEXAS TWO STEP is now being used on THE BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB by The Asian Alliance Members, and Members ! of the Organization of American States...and The European Union.

These nations are now refusing to use U.S. Dollars, and, believe it or not....THE BANK ACCOUNTS of some pretty high Ex-U.S. you know what's..HAVE BEEN FROZEN in the nations victimized by THE BILLIONAIRE BOYS CLUB...doing the TEXAS TWO STEP on these nations.
