The former President of the United States, Harry S. Truman's Orders to his men "Bring the Gold Home" via Project Phoenix, Project Rosebud and the last leg known as PROJECT HAMMER has been aborted. These projects were to free the American People from the Foreign Corporation known as THE ROTHSCHILD'S LONDON HOUSE BANKING ARM, THE U.S FEDERAL RESERVE AND FOREIGN U.S. FEDERAL RESERVE BANKING SYSTEMS WHICH CURRENTLY HOLD THIS NATION, AND OTHERS "HOSTAGE" BY PREDATORY BANKING PRACTICES.

CEO, Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing, Ltd; Nevada ID# 1707-85, was kidnapped, tortured and ultimately murdered, by those attempting to obtain his signature. He refused to “Sign Off”..--He was MURDERED. After the murder, his signature was lifted by “computer generated methods” on what was alleged to be an “Assignment of Interest” to a Rick Martin. The documents were backdated, and Notarized four years after his death. The documents were “self witnessed by Rick Martin” who subsequently filed the Forged, False Notary, Self Witnessed instruments at the Las Vegas, Nevada, Clark County Nevada Recorders Records, August 10, 1998 at 8:35 A.M., Official Records 980810 Instrument No. 00323.

Included in the before-mentioned Clark County Recorders Records, Las Vegas, Nevada was “Copied” of former filed of Record Title Instruments, filed Washington County Illinois August 1, 1994 Deed No. 189934, and Chain of Title. The Deed filed in Clark County Nevada was altered, however left side marked showing “Ownership Held by V.K. DURHAM).



Subsequently, Rick Martin assigned the alleged “Assignment of Interest” to Global Alliance Investment Association, a Nevada Corporation owned by E.J. Ekker and Doris J. Ekker, currently operating out of the Philippines issuing Counterfeit Gold Instruments on BONUS 3392-181 of which 24.4 percent was held in Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing, Ltd; Nevada ID# 1707-85 until former “vacated from said corporation, April 4, 1992.

The Ekker’s also incorporated the Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing, Ltd; Nevada ID # 1708-85, and commenced issuing COUNTERFEIT GOLD INSTRUMENTS on BONUS 3392-181, after entering Agreement with the U.S. Federal Reserve to “Split 50-50 all monies taken down off shore” which actually DEFRAUDED MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS out of HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN GOLD as the 50% end of the Ekker’s Assignments of COUNTERFEIT GOLD INSTRUMENTS.

Senator Grassley subsequently submitted the photos of the body of the murdered CEO and PRESIDENT’S CENTURION to the FBI. A stern letter issued back from the FBI “We told you your husband died of Natural Causes. We have no intention of investigating this incident.”

Since that time, MR. HUGHES and FAMILY have HAD THEIR LIVES THREATENED.

Dear friends,

I, Daniel V. Hughes, Jr. now understand all Hughes Corps, the various holding companies and offshore entities owned by this writer. These entities were used to facilitate and procure financing in order to authenticate large metal purchases. This brought massive credits into circulation to be traded to a degree of mind-boggling proportions. This in turn brought out greed, deception, torture and a great loss of life.

The relationship and ideas of Russell Herman and D.V. Hughes were taken advantage of and stolen. The powers to be, greed, misinformation and brokers' games accelerated the deception and theft. This has led to one of the world's largest nightmares and has destroyed and devastated the only visible surviving member of the Herman/DV Hughes AKA goldenboy relationship. I was known as one of Herman's boy scouts.

In the fall of 2002, I finally got to meet Mrs. Russell Herman, nowadays known as V. K. Durham. She is the owner of the "one time only Bonus 3392 Commodity Contract" that is under treaty provisions exempt from U.S. SEC Rules & Regulations, Rule 144a as Private Bond Holder and the true owner of Cosmos Seafood Energy Marketing, Ltd. This lady has been run through the mill just like I have. I can fully understand her position and her drive to push forward with new business. This new friendship of Russell's wife has picked up where the late Russell Herman left off, by pledging to cover all the late Russell Herman's action and operations.

I know there is nothing I can do to bring Russell back, but I wish he were still here. Things would be a lot easier in dealing with misinformed entities and doors could be opened with ease.

As of this date, October 14, 2003, the old business is still in existence, but it is time to move on. My true friends will never be forgotten. As for the future, I look forward to new friendships and new beginnings.
