1992. President George H.W. Bush, never even considering he would loose the oncoming election, put into full force and effect EX. ORD. 12803. This allowed the "Privatization of all federally funded infrastructure of the United States."

This Privatization allowed Foreign Leaders (Queen of England bought out Social Security) Corporations to buy out the CIA, D.O.D., NSA, NASA etc. This allowed ALL FINANCIAL PROJECTS of the FORMER U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S CIA AGENCY BANKING OPERATIONS to be undermined by HOSTILE CORPORATIONS.

1994. Department of State "Madeline Albright" invoked the "LAW OF THE SEA" designed to "Take everything in its path, as long as nothing on the Land could stop it" (Justinian 11. Maritime Law One). Since that time the Mandatory U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights, Amendment VI's Supremacy Clause, THE LAW OF THE LAND has been suspended to allow "PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATIONS" to destroy all U.S. Manufacturing, Industry, Production, Equity, Education, Health Care and even the U.S. DOLLAR is on schedule as ENDANGERED SPECIES.

The KEETING FIVE S&L FIASCO was the "DYE CUTTER".. Americans paid dearly for these Acts in Conflict of Interest. Since the 1986 "Agreement done at Washington (TIAS 12087), and the 1991 BANKING FRAUDS & BRADY BONDS.. Global Banking has become a NIGHTMARE, and that is putting it mildly.
