One of Russell's men and I were discussing the status of the extortion, coercion, misuse and abuse of powers of office of the Executive Branch etc, and the outright violations of THE RICO STATUTES and CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS in the 'taking' of peoples money, bank wire transfers and the 'sop' or standard operational procedures of today’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL METHODS ADOPTED BY THE FEDERAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICES OF PUBLIC TRUST.

which ties in with all the CONTRA FALL-OUT ARTICLES and the ARMS-GUN RUNNING operation out of THE WHITE HOUSE.

Russell's friend and I were discussing CHENEY'S COUNTERFEIT OPERATION going on with the Ekkers in the Philippines and the operation to overthrow the ARROYO administration and a few global banks of the Cartels in opposition with the Fed. R. Banking System...and the Oil deals for HALLIBURTON on the stolen deeds which holds the Islands all the way to China's mainland...

Then we discussed the loss of America's Manufacturing, Industry, Jobs and so forth by the trading off to cover these Counterfeit US Debts which were 120 to 180 months out from February 1998, and some which were out 2, 5, 8 and 10 years as due dates... How nice!

That really takes "brains"... Issue out a bunch of worthless banking documents and put a dammed PATRIOT ACT into effect to stop anyone from finding out what in the Hell went on, along with JAMIE GOERLICK'S infamous memo to the DOJ "Do not investigate"!!! WOW! What a 'group'!

As things currently sit, there are trillions of dollars of worthless derivatives coming due, all the Cartels opposing the Fed. R. know they are worthless, Citibank, JP Morgan-Chase and the LaSalle Boyz thought they could pull the scam off... But, they got caught!

The DURHAM HOLDING TRUST will not 'cover' their mess... The other Cartels are fully aware of that.. What to do!?

Well, THE DURHAM HOLDING TRUST is A CONSTITUTIONAL TRUST. One might look at THE TRUST as a "glove" over the CONSTITUTIONAL HAND..as a protection against Misconstruction and Abuse of Powers of Offices of Public Trust.

The "glove" protects what the President of the United States calls: THAT GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER...

THE U.S. FED. GOVERNMENT wants to get their tails bailed out of this current mess... GET RID OF ALL REPUGNANT LAWS WHICH ARE IN OPPOSITION WITH "THAT GOD-DAMNED PIECE OF PAPER" which guarantees our Rights, our Civil Liberties, our Domestic Tranquility, our Manufacturing, our Industry, our Health Care, our Housing, our Education and the entire magilla!

Its time for those in Offices of Public Trust of the United States of America and the united States of America to have "an attitude adjustment period".... Its "Restore the Constitution" or go into WWIII...

I will be 'dancing with Russie' before long...and it will be of no use for the Feds to go to the Trust after I am gone; THE TRUST IS BOUND "NOT TO HELP" if the Constitution is not fully established as the fore-fathers intended it to be complete with THE BILL OF RIGHTS and un-encumbered in any form, fashion what-so-ever by "after the fact or ex-post facto Rules & Regulations or Unconstitutional laws.

The other Cartels know THE TRUST IS THE DOOR-STOP on the Foreclosures scheduled by the Counterfeiters and have had the good sense and fore thought to see what the TRUST is all about... They are already aware THE TRUST is forbidden to assist the U.S. Fed. Govt. without the Constitution and BILL OF RIGHTS and THE U.S. STATUTES AT LARGE in place.
