I keep remembering what my husband talked about when he realized they were going to murder him, and what he talked about when he realized THE CODE OF SILENCE was being used against him by his own men. After his murder' U.S. Congressman John Shimkus's Office told me: "Russell Herman had no right to break his code of silence; He was U.S. Treasury!"
My response to the U.S. House Member's Office staff: "I thought he was U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Naval Intelligence!"

You can be assured; You would scream like a f**king stuck pig!"
When we finally were able to bring Russie home on November 17, 1993, he kept saying to me (he called me "mom"): "Mom. I didn’t sign off. I didn't sign the papers they tried to make me sign."

Every bit of this trouble here in the Union of Republics of the united States of America began when the fraudulent and predatory practices of Wall Street and the Club of Paris or Paris Club which is a conglomerate of the Rich and Powerful decided to prevail upon the Office of Public Trust of the President of the United States to sneak into the U.S. House of Representatives on Christmas Eve (December 24, 1913 & December 24, 1919) in both instances, when The U.S. House was 'out of session' and impossible to be fully assembled as required by Constitution to be 'lawful'..The Federal Reserve Banking Act was 'passed' (1913) and the Edge known as the Foreign Federal Reserve Banking Act (1919).
Each 'Act' alleged the Fed. R. would be the manager and guarantor of U.S. Debt Payments.
Right from the git go...when great grandfather presented the Latin American Debt 'sold' in New York, New York, U.S. of A. The managers and guarantors "were not prepared, nor were they willing to pay the Latin American Debt sold in New York." They were bold enough to publish this statement in their Banking Books (one 'held in Trust' ) published at that time.
