1. Title 18-Crimes and Criminal Procedure contains provisions in its first Chapters which provides the necessary Law regarding the Body Politic and their total disregard for the Law.

Bribery of Public Officials and witnesses is totally disregarded when; The U.S. Secret Service are under the impression "their only duty is to protect the president of the United States" and they have absolutely NO OBLIGATION to "Protect the We, the People from the Criminalities reportedly going on in our Offices of Public Trust by Public Officials!"
b. For the purpose of Title 18. Stat. 201. Bribery of public officials and witnesses term of "public official" means:
"Member of Congress, Delegate, Or Resident Commissioner, either before or after such official has qualified, or an officer or employee or person acting for or on behalf of the United States, or any department, agency or branch of Government thereof, including the District of Columbia, in any official function, under or by authority of any such department, agency, or branch of Government, or a juror;
the term "person who has been selected to be a public official" means any person who has been nominated or appointed to be a public official, or has been officially informed that such a person will be so nominated or appointed; and the term "official act" means any decision or action on any question matter, cause, suit, proceeding or controversy, which may at any time be pending, or which may by law be brought before any public official, in such officials official capacity, or in such official's place of trust or profit. The Criminal Codes of Title 18 are equally applicable to the 'public officials' which includes the President and believe it or not even the Secret Service who’s responsibility is to protect the president FROM USING DRUGS which would effect his judgment making process when actively engaged in "doing the business of the We, the People."
The Criminal Codes of Title 18 do not allow for the duties of the U.S. Secret Service to procure drugs for the president and 'telling the public at large' about the presidential drug use which (in my own opinion) is designed to weaken the President of the United States position as a leader of this nation.
