I found this out when talking to an associate formerly in the OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL who was working for a particular U.S. House Member (who was afraid to talk because everything, and everyone's phones were tapped. The House Member was later tried on TAX CHARGES and drummed out of the U.S. House of Reps.) , and was trying to make sense out of Russell Herrman (Herman's) MURDER and the "Do not investigate" flags on both his name, and mine.
Believe it or not; INTERPOL also had an imposition also regarding any investigations into these matters which were "Do not investigate" or "hands off" on this Alliance between these NGO's (Non Governmental Offices) COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS of the U.S. and U.K. and the AL QA'IEDA-AL QUAD (IRANIAN) MUSLIM Operatives operating out of the Philippines and Las Vegas, Nevada under the "cover" of U.S. Fed. In my own opinion (having lived most of this Living History involving most of this); The problem lies with "TOO MANY POLITICIANS BEING BOUGHT OFF" who in turn..., as with the FBI and others "FAIL THEIR OATH OF OFFICES OF PUBLIC TRUST" when they fail to "Uphold, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the united States, Against "ALL" parties, foreign or domestic" allowing these COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS influence the changing of a word here and there in Original Acts of Congress such as Will, Can, May and Shall. Congress has allowed the changing of the mandatory "shall not" or "shall" to "may" or "can" or "will" which effects these Acts of Congress adversely and thereby ultimately effecting GLOBAL RELATIONS of the United States of America when those simple words are changed to allow something which was FORBIDDEN in the Original Act.
